Tucson's Iron Chef Brian Smith of Maynards and James Beard Award nominee Aaron Defeo of Little Rituals team up to present the Agave Heritage Dinner, a five-course dinner with cocktails & mezcal pours, featuring regional and heritage ingredients prepared with classic & contemporary techniques for the culinary experience of the year! The evening features culinary and beverage remarks from Chef Brian Smith, mixologist Aaron Defeo, and Francisco Terrazas of Mezcal Vago, along with a few agave friends and colleagues. Ticket includes custom Mezcal Vago jícara.
