Not all beverages featured at the Agave Heritage Festival are spirits. Join Gary Paul Nabhan, Henry Tarmi (Ventura Spirits), and Doug Smith for a lively discussion and demonstration of traditional Mexican and Southwestern fermented beverages. Samples will include tepache, tesgüino, roasted agave, and colonche (prickly pear fruit).
