Compa Spirits works with family-owned mezcalerias all over Mexico. Embers Chocolate creates chef-inspired with unique flavor profiles not normally seen. During this pairing, you'll have the opportunity to not only explore how these flavors can complement one another but also how both agave and cacao can yield very different flavors based on region, growing methods, and processing.

Admission includes six chocolates and paired mezcals, with additional food and beverages available for purchase. Gratuity not included.
