The Agave Heritage Fiesta 10th annual signature event showcases all things agave, including presentations by Gary Nabhan and friends, over 30 agave spirits, an agave cocktail showdown, and an Agave 101 Seminar. Enjoy live music, agave spirit tastings, agave art, and other goods produced or inspired by the agave plant.

Enjoy traditional southwest food from a chips & salsa station, a cold station featuring mezcal watermelon gazpacho, mini southwest salads, and nopales tomato bruschetta, and a hot station featuring mesquite corn bread topped with Santa Cruz chicken mole or calabacitas, wild mushroom enchiladas, and corn pudding.
Try four different agave spirit cocktails (see the ballot to the right) featuring artisanal Mexican mezcals (learn about the producers below and in our blog), and then vote for your favorite!
